Planning concept
The premises are intended for rental, so the furniture and textiles are selected in neutral colors. Works of art and objects that reflect the individuality of future clients can serve as accents in the interior in the future.
The exterior and proportions of the house dictate the choice in favor of modern classic solutions. When selecting items, we relied on proposals from Russian manufacturers - companies loffilab, skdesign, theidea - as well as vintage items and furniture from classics of European design - vitra, la redoute, etc., which allows us to find the best solutions on the market on a limited budget.

The large volume and regular shape of the living room require the presence of large objects: a corner sofa (Option 1) or a group of a straight sofa with paired armchairs (Option 2), a large TV screen (65 inches and more). Additionally, you can place a bookcase and a chest of drawers along the walls. This solution provides alternative options for paired chairs and shelving.
