The space is located on the top floor of a brick building on Spiridonovka street, designed by the architect Alexander Zelenko in 1925-26.

The building is surrounded by architectural masterpieces
of pre-revolutionary Moscow:
Opposite, on Spiridonovka Street, stands one of the most renowned works of Fedor Shekhtel: the neo-Gothic estate of Zinaida Morozova,
from the windows overlooking Maly Patriarchy lane, there is a view of the magnificent “Italian Palazzo” of the Tarassovs, designed by Ivan Zholtovsky.

The space is defined by clean geometry and excellent natural lighting.

The only internal load-bearing structures are two reinforced concrete columns in the center, allowing for flexible zoning to create an entrance hall, a bedroom, a bathroom, a children's room and a spacious kitchen-living room.

The main area features a combined living room, kitchen, dining area, family library and the highlight of the project: an antique cabinet grand piano.

This musical instrument crafted by Diderich Frerich, the Court Manufacturer for His Imperial Majesty, is a true family heirloom, passed down through generations.

The space is dominated by white and the original English gray shades by Little Green.

The decor favors natural materials — wood, marble and ceramic tiles — and a subtle color palette.
