Opposite, on Spiridonovka Street, stands one of the most renowned works of Fedor Shekhtel: the neo-Gothic estate of Zinaida Morozova,
from the windows overlooking Maly Patriarchy lane, there is a view of the magnificent “Italian Palazzo” of the Tarassovs, designed by Ivan Zholtovsky.
